Amaravati Bulk Material Supply

Amaravati Bulk Material Supply

A new capital runs on sand and stone.

A working-capital partnership. We do the work, you provide the major share of the capital, and we share the profit equally.

Amaravati is being built as the new capital of Andhra Pradesh. Every road and building there needs sand and stone, delivered on time and in volume. We are setting up to meet that demand, and we would like you to join us as the main investor.

Five reasons this makes sense

Why Amaravati?

A new capital needs construction on a scale few places ever see, and that work is moving aggressively now. I have been to Amaravati personally to check the work on the ground and confirm that it is genuine.

Why sand and stone?

Out of all the construction materials, sand and stone are not tied to any big company or chain. That leaves real room for a focused operator who can deliver reliably.

Why us?

Investors from all over India are coming to Amaravati to get into this trade, and it is not easy to break in. We have done that groundwork. We have a proper group in place to run the operation as your working partner.

Why is capital needed?

Material, trucks, diesel and drivers are paid for first, and the money comes later. Without enough capital, trucks stop while bills are pending. Keeping supply moving takes a minimum of ₹35 lakh.

Why now?

This is a focused opportunity rather than a permanent one, and it is strongest while the state government keeps pushing the capital forward. Those who have funds ready and can supply on time will be best placed. Your ₹30 lakh would be the major part of the capital, with the balance arranged separately.

Who we supply to

The Amaravati project has been handed over to big companies, including:

  • RVR
  • Shapoorji Pallonji
  • NCC
  • L&T
  • Megha Engineering

We will supply to these companies, not to the government directly, so our bills go to them.

Work going on now

In April 2026, officials reported works worth ₹57,821 crore in progress across Amaravati. You can read the reports yourself:

How one cycle works

Payment can take anywhere from 15 to 45 days. That is why we complete the month’s target within 15 days, bill mid-cycle and then wait for payment. Even if payment takes 30 days, we still have a 15-day buffer, and the whole amount comes back at once.

  1. Target is set

The company sets the supply requirement under the contract.

  2. We supply

We complete the full month’s target within 15 days.

  3. We bill

We bill mid-cycle and wait for payment. In the previous contract, billing dates were the 1st and 16th.

  4. Payment arrives

Payment can take anywhere from 15 to 45 days. The whole amount comes back at once, and your share follows.

Timings come from our plan and past experience. The final contract will set the actual dates.

What you can expect

10–20%

We estimate a return on investment of around 10–20%. This is an estimate. The new contract is still to be finalised, and we will confirm the return and share the detailed figures once we have it.

Profit is what remains after the business costs. Half of it goes to you, and half stays with us as the working partner.

If you want to stop the operation, you need to let us know 2 months in advance.

Where a loss could come from

We would rather tell you this upfront. As long as the buyer is paying, the money keeps moving. These are the things that can go wrong, and what we will do about each.

Buyer pays late or does not pay
This is the biggest risk. We check the buyer and contract, track every bill and hold a buffer for pending payments.
Cost and selling prices move
Profits can fluctuate, because this is a fluctuating business. If sand, petrol or anything else goes up unexpectedly, our margin gets thin, and so does the profit we share. We recheck the margin before committing to supply.
Quantity disputes
Weighment slips, trip sheets and written delivery acknowledgements for every delivery.
Truck breakdowns
Regular maintenance and backup arrangements so deliveries continue.
Contract is smaller or changes
Capital is put to work in line with the confirmed scope, not ahead of it.
Government priorities shift
Work in Amaravati depends on state policy. Short billing cycles keep our capital from being locked in for long.

We work on the principle of under-committing and over-performing, so we have told you the worst cases here and left the good things out. If this opportunity were not appealing, people from all over India would not be showing interest. That interest tells you this field is booming.

A profit and loss partnership

This is a profit and loss business, not a loan. There is no fixed or guaranteed return. You share in the actual profit, and a genuine business loss can affect your capital. Before any funds move, a written agreement will set out how profit, losses and any negligence on our part are treated.

Full transparency

The business is GST registered, and every transaction is traceable, including payments for trucks and sand. You will receive regular updates on capital deployed, deliveries, bills submitted, payments received and profit. Once the buyer’s payment reaches our account, your share will be sent to your bank account immediately.

If you are interested and willing to invest, we can get hands-on with this together.

We will sit with you, go through the contract as it is finalised, the numbers and the agreement, and answer every question you have.
